Our client in Bristol, who provides burner and combustion related parts and systems to a wide range of organizations, is looking for an experienced mechanical assembler to join their team!

Duties:

Assemble Mechanical Systems that include assembly of standard and custom products, mounting, plumbing, and wiring control components

Conduct pressure and functional testing on assembled systems

General Shop Duties, that include preparation for shipping

Working hours: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Skills:

This position requires:

Mechanical aptitude

Good manual dexterity

Ability to read, understand, and follow Blue Prints and assembly instructions

Specifically need plumbing and piping background, including pipe threading

Physical Strength: capable of lifting and handling parts and boxes that can be up to 50 lbs

Knowledge on shop safety and regulations

Machine level Electrical and Wiring aptitude would be a plus

Be a team player, that can work independently, and able to multi-task, as there will be multiple jobs at different phases being worked on at the same time.
