One of our reputable clients is seeking a reliable administrative assistant to join their team.

Job duties:

-Support office staff

-Schedule appointments

-Provide information to callers, composing memos and letters

-Maintain database and client files

-Create email blasts

*Travel Booking Experience

Position may also be part time depending on experience and fit.

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Skills:

Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years experience in a simillar role

  • Able to use the entire Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using multi-line phone systems

  • Able to act professionally and greet customers

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
